DNA:Protien Site-Specific Binding Determination - Requesting Information on the Subject (Aug/12/2004 )

Hello,

If anybody has any information on how different enzymes bind to specific sites on a DNA molecule, especially information regarding correalations between the amino acids in the domain that binds to the DNA and the DNA sequence, I would like to recieve the information.

Does anybody know where I can obtain such knowledge? Any enzymes will do- I am specifically thinking of lambda intergrase, but information on restriction endonucleases would also be helpful.
