q-RT-PCR on ds-cDNA? - (Mar/18/2008 )

I have constructed a ds-cDNA library and designed primers amplifying specific regions, generating PCR product sizes of 100-200bp. Is is possible to use these for q-RT-PCR? Is it possible to perform q-RT-PCR starting with ds-cDNA as a template with these primers?

Well since you can amplify dsDNA in real-time, I see no problems there. It's the same type of template.
