Freezing splenocytes - (Mar/13/2008 )
Hi guys,
I'm isolating splenocytes from mice. My problem is that I cant do all the experiments I'm planing to do on the same day and I might need to freeze my cells for further functional experiments (like cytotoxicity and ELISpot). Is it possible to freeze them? and if yes how and what media? or should I culture them but for how long?
Let me know please

Hi,
I am not very sure but may be you can freeze them in the regular way in 90% FBS and 10% DMSO

Which cells do you want to use?

I'm not isolating specific cells. I will use all cells
