cytosolic PCR control - (Mar/13/2008 )

We have isolated RNA from nuclear and cytosol and conver to cDNA.

Now our problem is to chose a loading control gene(s) for cytosol and nuclear.
Commonly used housekeeping genes can be found in both fraction and not necessarily to be consistent.

Anyone have information about those gene can be used specifically on this purpose.

Thanks

Not sure what it's called but one of the nuclear ribosomal subunits is one you could do for the nucleus i believe. Look into that.
