BSA dilutions for micro-bradford - (Mar/10/2008 )

Hi
can anyone please suggest or advice the dilutions of BSA and how much to add in 96 well microtiter plate. I'm using the Bradford from Bio-rad reagent. I tried using 10 ul of standards with 200ul of bradford but I was unable to get a good standard curve.

I have recently been working with this and I have a 10 mg/mL BSA stock.

I made 1 mL stocks of BSA at these concentrations to use for my standard curve(mg/mL)
0.1
0.2
0.3
0.4
0.5
0.75
1

I use 10 ul of these in triplicate on the plate with 200 ul Biorad and I have been getting curves that have an R2 of 0.99 +

Thanks for your prompt response. I appreciate it. I tried 0.2, 0.4,0.6,0.8,1 mg/ml just as you mentioned but my R2 was way off ( 0.949), and also I also keep getting a high blank OD. Could you please suggest anything to help me out.

i think you'd want your standard curve ranging from 0-10ug/well with a micro assay. here is a link to a useful protocol that i have used before...
