cholesterol conjugated siRNA - (Mar/07/2008 )

Hi,

I want to try the cholesterol-conjugated siRNAs at the in-vivo analysis.
Is there any way to conjugate siRNA or long dsRNA with the cholesterol easily by myself.
I don’t have any chemical plant.

Here are a few products of a web search:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17894530
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17971296

All involve RNA-cholesterol conjugation. The methods might not be in the papers, but should be detailed in the references.

Thank you very much for your advice

I also read some papers, but many researcher use spectial technique for me.
I want to use the easy techniques like conjugation of actin protein with Alexa fluorescein if there is another methods.
