Lyticase and crude lyticase? - (Mar/04/2008 )

Dear all,

In RNA extraction using enzymatic digestion for spheroplast production, would there be any difference if I used purified lyticase and crude lyticase from Sigma? Thanks guys. Have a nice day

I doubt you will have a problem, but your negative control will show if you have problems with crude lyticase preparations.
