Isolation of RNA from Difficult Tissues - (Feb/18/2008 )

I tried to isolate total RNA from spleen but no result after PCR after that I used Roche kit for messenger RNA but no result also,any suggestion...........?

send Roche what have you done exactly,so that they can transfer your
comment to the appropriate section for troubleshooting.

try another kit...
i know zymosearch extracts RNA but not sure of the type of the sample.
...search for kits !!

The first step is to check if you got any RNA in a gel. Then you RT reaction, your PCR reaction, your primers, and your control reactions.

This is the first time to work with RNA how to do the gel?
