wat is the pH of binding buffer in protein G mediated antibody purification.
is it acidic or neutral or basic?

According to the technical information from Oncogene research products, the pH of the binding buffer is 7... which is neutral.

i found pH-5 for binding buffer for recombinant protein G from PIERCE. how does it differ between company to company?

Most companies have done QC on their products and will recommend the use of certain buffer at certain pH.
Therefore, if you use protein G from PIERCE, then follow their recommendation and use binding buffer at pH5.
Or you may wish to find the optimum pH for your specific antibody.
