how to remove detergent from protein sample - (Feb/04/2008 )

can any body tell me, how to remove detergent stresses from Protein sample. please suggest technique other than chromatography becoz we dont have much facelitien on that side.. thanks in advance

I don't know any specific techniques for that, but maybe dialysis or centrifugation on amicon tubes could work...

I second that. Dialysis is the safest and easiest, in my opinion (although not necessarily the fastest...isn't that always how it works?).
