Simple QPCR question? - (Feb/01/2008 )

Hi,

I've got one tissue sample (RNA) in which I'd like to compare relative ratio's of my genes of interest compared to my HKG. I've got three technical triplicates for all the genes on one plate. What is the best way to do this? I assume I don't need a standard curve on the plate itself as long as the PCR efficiencies are close to 100%? The input RNA conc was the same for all the samples on the plate.

Thanks,

Bram

u can use delta Ct values and plot a graph after normalization with house keeping genes.
