Peptide purification - (Jan/29/2008 )

Hi all,

What do you think? Would I be able to purify with Superdex 75 a sample which
contains a 1500 Da peptide and some chemical reagents no
bigger than 160 Da?

you may be able to use superdex 75 but i would use superdex peptide, instead.
