good reagents for transfection of siRNA in Caco-2 - (Jan/28/2008 )

Hi, all, I'm going to try to transfect siRNA in Caco-2 cells and I searched in this forum and only found one post with just one reply. The post was from 2005, so I think maybe now more person have done this. I actually check the literature and found people using different transfection reagents and even electroporation. I hope somebody with experience can share your stories about transfection with siRNA in Caco-2 cells. Our lab have been using lipofectamine and plus to transfect plasmid but the efficiency is not very high.

I tested oligofectamine and it works great. Just as a followup of my previous post.
