oligofectamin (invitrogen) was left at room tempreature for about 10-11 hours, Can I still use it in my transfection? will it work? what is the component of the oligofectamine? is it lipid? Is it easy to lose its activity? many thanks.

I would say it won't hurt much. the reagent should still usable.

it may be more affected by sunlight exposure rather than 20°

it should retain activity. try a sample transfection to check it.
