What kind of prestained maker can be seen on the film? what technique is this? can you help me to check the western picture in the link?

I use a similar ladder from called MagicMark (https://www.invitrogen.com/content/sfs/manuals/magicmark_man.pdf), though the band weights in the picture are slightly different than the one I use, so it's probably from another manufacturer
