How to ressuspend primers for Sybr? - (Jan/22/2008 )

Hello there! I'm new at qRT-PCR and I'll use Sybr green im my experiments. I just have a basic question to start: Should I ressuspend my liofilized primers in TE, as I do with primers for regular PCR? I suppose so, as primers for Sybr have no fluorescence. Anyway, I decide to ask someone first.

I prepare the stock solution in 1X TE, but the working solution in ddH2O because high concentration of salts inhibits PCR.

We resuspend our primers in water. Works fine.

we also use MilliQ water to dilute primer
