Quantification of Diluted Protein - (Jan/19/2008 )

Hello, Can anyone recommend or suggests any protocols / methods / kits that I can use to quantitate very low amount / diluted purified proteins?

Thank you.

You could run your samples and some BSA standards on a SDS gel. this can give rough estimate.

Or do a BCA assay (pierce, has a micro BCA protein assay kit).

Thanks for the suggestion, will definately try

I suggest you spot 5 ul on a NC membrame and stain it with Coomassie blue dye with BSA spots as reference to get an estimation.

Sounds great. Is there a protocol for Coomasie blue staining of the NC membrane?
