Stability and degradation of cloning reagents - May help resolve problematic cloning (Jan/08/2008 )

Hi all,

I propose to elaborate a list of all reagents being used in cloning that are susceptible to degradation or loss of activity because of heat, temperature changes, short life, etc., and that would also report the dark side of some specific enzymes you encountered in your career. I personnally don't have the experience nor the knowledge to complete such a list by myself and this is why I'm asking you to share this information. The list would certainly help troobleshoot many problematic clonings and provide important information to unexperimented cloners, such as me.
