I have planed to order a cdna library construction kit from Takara biotech in Japan but we finally ordered the cdna library since the techniqe service told me library constructed by ourselves can not meet our needs.

im using the ZAP express cDNA synthesis kit and ZAP express cDNA gigapack III gold cloning kit..

its for cDNA library construction...from stratagene...
