How to perpare 100% TCA? I want to perpare 100% TCA ,but in the web I found two methods.first,at 500g TCA into 500g water.second,at 500g TCA into 227g water. which one is ture? THANK YOU!

100% TCA solution means that 100ml solution contain 100g TCA, so there should be only a little water add in. We made 100%TCA by add in just a little bit of H20 and let the TCA dissolve by itself. Top up using H20 if neccesarry to have final concentration of 1g/ml TCA
