I also see the nonspecific ones on my 1st western. Actually, they are nearly all the same from 1st western till the last one yesterday, except there is no target band only......

have you tried with a fresh aliquot of antibody?
while i'm at it: have you tried without the first antibody (see if non-specific binding is the secondary)?
