protein expression in Pichia pastoris - (Jul/01/2004 )

Anyone else who have had crystals forming in BMGY media? I see some crystal/precipitate in my BMGY media or is it Aggregated Pichia cells? I prepared exactly as Invitrogen Easyselect protocol. Can it be salts?
