making media and autoclaving - (Dec/13/2007 )

hi everyone - i just made a bunch of BHI media for growing bacteria and just missed the autoclave time... do you think it's ok if i leave it at 4 degrees until noon tomorrow then autoclave it? thx.

Some people in my lab do that. I believe they haven't had any problems so far.

I would leave it in 4C. But visually inspect media before autoclaving.
