dried out pcr product - (Dec/10/2007 )

I seem to be having a bad week when it comes to lab work..

I prepared some M13 pcrs last week, when i came to set up a sequencing reaction today, I noticed that most had dried out (perhaps the lids were'nt on securely). I tried to resuspend them in water, but i dont reckon these will be any good for sequencing.
Anyone managed to do this before?

It's probably still good, depending on how it was stored. DNA is tough. I presume you plan on purifying the DNA prior to sequencing.
