Light Microscope-based technique needed - TUNEL staining (Dec/10/2007 )

hallo,

has anyone of you experience with light-microscope-based TUNEL staining kits. i want to stain TUNEL positive cells in paraffin-embedded kidney sections and have no idea which one to use.

Actually we have tried that in our lab (also work with kidney),
but it did'nt work properly. Our control was also stained.
