should I cut out signal peptide for expression - (Dec/03/2007 )

I made a construct with GFP expression vector. but the target protein has 39aa signal peptide at N terminal. Do I need cut them out before pack it into expression vector?

If you cut the signal peptide out, then the protein might not be targeted to the right destination.
