Inclusion bodies prep - (Nov/28/2007 )

Hi Friends
I made an inclusion bodies preparation of my 12 KDa His-tagged protein, now I want to purify it using Invitrogen Ni-NTA, but they have a protocol for the purification from the bacterial pellet, has any one suggest me to follow there produsre or use another.
