2'-O-methyl oligoribonucleotides as miRNA inhibitor - how many nucleotides in the oligo need to be modified (Nov/17/2007 )

I see that people have been using 2'-O-methyl anti-sense miRNA as microRNA inhibitor.

I was wondering how many nucleotides in the oligo need to be o-methylated? Is it all or some of them?

I noticed that for LNA, it is NOT recommended that evey nucleotide be modified. I have no idea what is the case for 2'-O-methyl

thanks

I read the original paper and seem to remember that all nucleotides are 2'Ome modified.
