cDNA library - Looking for the best company to order from (Nov/13/2007 )

I am trying to find the best company to order a human brain cDNA library from. By best, I mean it has a guarantee for described protocols, great tech support, simple protocols (PCR preferrable), included vector primers, enough for ~10-20 rxns, and has a manageable price. I have tried to get intouch with alot of companies, but only 2 have responded to my emails and voicemails. Does anyone have any suggestions for cDNA library-providing companies that have worked well for them?

Thank you. I agree, there service is great, especially the live chat. I have narrowed down to OpenBio or Biochain. Now it just depends on who has my gene, price, service, and protocols.
