What do you know about cell fractioning using a centrifuge? I've to perform a binding assay and I want to be sure my drug binds selectively to cell membranes...What do you know about density gradients?

you really need to be more specific with your questions. what do you know? what can we clarify for you?
do you want to use cscl? glycerol? sucrose?
tissue (cell) source?
etc.
