Measurement of protein- protein interaction? - (Nov/07/2007 )
I have a formulation which is a two protein system, one of the protein is in very high content than the other?? Is there a way to examine influence of one protein over other especially in terms of interaction between two and physical modification of one protein caused by other?
I'm not completely sure I followed your question, but if you want to know how to determine wether two proteins interact you can always go for a yeast two-hybrid system, protein co-precipitation or maybe a tap-tag approach.
whats tap-tag approach..??
