oops sorry,, i mean i keep it in the freezer since the supplier says "Store at -20 and do not aliquot".
(somehow i keep mixing up fridge and freezer tongue.gif)

does it go solid in the freezer? if so i would aliquot regardless

it contains 50% glycerol,, and yup it becomes solid. on average the temperature of the freezer i use is -24 degrees.
in the end i aliquoted the Ab despite the datasheet info / critics I received from my bosses.
