Does trypsin digest integral plasma membrane proteins? - (Oct/24/2007 )

I cultivate adherent cells. For sub-culturing I always detach them with trypsin.
If the protein of my interest is an integral plasma membrane (membrane anchored) protein, is it likely that this protein is digested with the trypsin or normally the concentration of trypsin for detaching cells is too low and it should not influence (most of) integral membrane proteins?
Does anyone know about any software (free on internet) for prediction half-life period of proteins?

Again, thanks for your advices.

ectodomains are in danger not endodomains or membrane-covered domains
