cloning problem - (Oct/24/2007 )

Hello friends

I had a big problem I cloned peptide from gwiz-gfp by Sal1 and Bamh1 RE and when I screened by RE analysis I had only the peptide but when I transfect i got the gfp that’s suppose not been there

So what is your suggest for this case?

Verify the plasmids you have transfected by running on gel unless some samples got switched.

if you are not familiar with the plasmid, sequence it to know the contents of the plasmid.
