Membrane protein isolation - (May/24/2004 )

i need a protocol for membrane protein isolation from cells and tissue.... if somebody could help

Not so much a protocol but a product - I've been using Mem-Per Isolation Kit from Pierce and have been getting good yields of proteins (is a bit expensive though). Depends how much you need to isolate.
