PCR purification /DMSO / vanishing DNA - (Oct/10/2007 )

Hi everybody,
does anybody know if using DMSO for PCR can affect the products purification with qiagen pcr purification kit?
I had good bands after the PCR (with DMSO), but after the purification DNA has disappeared...
Any suggestion?

I don't think if influences the purification. I've used DMSO in PCR and the purification always works fine...
Probably there was some other issue with the purification.

I made a fresh PCR and excised the band from the gel for cloning with a protocol that doesn't need columns or anything else...
