Biacore / surface plasmon resonance - matrix effects (May/12/2004 )

Hi,

I am new in this forum. I have searched a long time to find a forum which also discusses "surface plasmon resonance"/Biacore technique. I didn´t find any topic in this forum, but I hope someone is working with this technique and helps me with my problems.
At the moment I need some advice to get a stable baseline (seemes to be matrix effects).

I would be willing to work with you on your specific problems. I am Technical Support Manager for Biacore, Inc. in the United States. You mention that you are experiencing an unstable baseline. Could you provide me with a little information on your experimental system (e.g. instrument, buffer, sensor surface, ligand, analysis temperature).
