plasmid DNA maxi prep - (Sep/30/2007 )

Hello everybody,
I have Invitrogen Purelink maxi prep kit and I'm using high copy number plasmids as -80 stocks. Is there anyone using this kit? By the way, with how much culture are you starting?

Follow the protocol that comes with the kit, you can overload the system and get lots of genomic DNA if you use too much culture.
