Gel shift on formalin tissues? - EMSA (Sep/30/2007 )

I'm planing to do EMSA for NF-kappaB activity on formalin fixed tissues. Could you help me witht he protocol how to prepere nuclear extract from those tissues? Thank you.

Your proteins have been cross-linked chemically and can not be used anymore. Use fresh tissue instead.
