how to find immunogenic peptides in a protein? Help! - (Sep/19/2007 )

Hello experts,

I am planning to raise antibodies against peptides for a given protein. What are the best ways to find out the most immunogenic regions of the protein, so that I could give those peptides for raising antibodies?

are there any good softwares??

thanks.

the peptide to raise antibodies should be as unique as possible to gain high specificity; I do not know if it is reliable to forecast immunogeneity of a peptide; several several rabbits (or others) should be boostered to find a good Ab...
