PPARs expression in cardiac cells - (Sep/19/2007 )

Hello,
I would like to know in which type of cardiac cells PPARa, PPARbeta and PPARg are expressed. It seems that most of the studies have been done in the cardiomyocyte in vitro. Therefore is all my searaches in google i fell on papers saying that "PPARa is expressed in the cardiomyocytes etc".
Does anybody know if there is a paper actually where people have measured the expression of these three isotypes in different cells in rodents heart?

Thanks in advance,
Piki.

I am not sure whether you can find the answer or not. But you may try the recent paper publishe by David Mangelsdorf's Laboratory (Cell . 126: 789-799). Good luch
