Couple peptide to beads? for antibody purification - (Sep/17/2007 )

Hello experts,

I am trying to couple a peptide (approx. 35 amino acids long) to beads. This will be later used for affinity purification of antibodies.

Can anyone suggest a good protocol for this coupling? Or direct me to a reliable source?

what kind of beads are you going to use? cnbr-sepharose? ech-sepharose? eah-sepharose?

are you going to activate the bead yourself?
