Proteases and thier site cleavage - Enzyme digestion (Sep/13/2007 )

HI to all,
Well thanks in advance...I am working with Human insulin, i would like to get some information reagarding enzmye digestion . I want the details of enzymes and their site of cleaveage.. i would like to digest my protien with enzymes .. please help to find a solutions..

If you put your protein sequence into this tool it should identify all the available protease/chemical cleavage sites

Thank you very much .. iam very happy with your message.. i want some more help from you .. i need peptide which cleaves lysine and arginine alone . we are manufacturer of Huamn inuslin.. some of the peptides are not cleave at desired sites.. we are using .. Tyrpsin and carboxypeptidase B.. so help to find out a solution.
