BSA in PCR reaction - (Sep/12/2007 )

Hi,

I am conducting micro-fluidic PCR.
I have read that BSA may prevent the reaction mix from been absorbed by tubing wall.

I have come across two BSA products and not sure which i should use-

1. Albumin solution from bovine serum for molecular biology
2. Albumin, Acetylated from bovine serum 20 mg/mL in H2O, for molecular biology

Any suggestions?

Thanks

We use the Acetylated BSA from invitrogen for all our PCR/microarray stuff.
