cassette pcr - (Aug/23/2007 )

A paper I am reading says that the construct was made by cassette pcr; however, I am having difficulty determining exactly what this is, and how it could be used for this paper.

could you write the whole sentences or paragraph please?

I'm not sure, I thinks it like.. you obtain different PCR products.

I searched a little and this is what I found:
The primers align to conserved sequences, usually the 59-base element family of recombination sites and amplify a whole “cassettes” containing complete open reading frames, majority associated with ribosome binding sites.
This way, unknown sequences can be cloned and sequenced.
