Southern Blost Kit HELP! - (Aug/23/2007 )
Hello everyone!
I have to start southern blotting our mice to genotype them..so any suggestion on which kit we can use and from which manufactor? We cannot use radioactive, due to lab regolamentations..so..anyone has experienced some kit and is happy to share the results!!

Try Biotin DecaLabel from Fermentas together with Biotin Detection Kit (or so) from the same manufacturer. This chromogenic system is based on biotin-avidin and AP. Actually, I also try to introduce Southern blot into my work, but it isn't so easy as I suspected before...
