Amido black staining - (Aug/22/2007 )

I am using amido black solution to test whether the collagen coat I am applying to my glass slides actually sticks on. I was wondering, how long do you think I should incubate it with amido black and should I wash it or just put a coverslip on?

since you just want to see if it is there you can probably just dip and rinse.
