Tissue expression database? - Looking for a web page.. (Aug/17/2007 )

Hey there!

I'm trying to find a database to verify the tissue expression pattern of a protein in mouse model. Does anybody knows a good site/page on the internet to check this information?

From your description I'm not sure what kind of information you are looking for: Are in interested in pictures? like fluorescent antibody staining on sections, or in just information (ie present in kidney, absent in brain)?

The UCSC genome browser has tissue expression for a lot of proteins. Search for a specific protein and then go to the info page for that gene.
