How to detect double strand siRNAs (product of siRNA/shRNA expression construct)

normally, a sense probe is able to detect by northern both siRNA from sh precursor and the guide strand too.
special rtpcr kits are emerging now.

Has anyone perform such work? I just wondering whether the up stand siRNA showing similar abundance as low strand siRNA
