Hi,

Those who use the beckman lysis protocol followed by the step where the lysis buffer is replaced by the start buffer, what kit do you use to dose your proteins ? Do you feel that the lysis buffer proposed and the purification step on the PD10 columns is sufficient ?

No it is not - the method is too generalized. Your protein characteristics determine the changes needed.
